I Super Reccomend this place.
+2 Stars: Was greeted with not only a welcome but a smile and a wave.
+2 Stars: Our server Andrea was not only super helpful for helping us decide what we wanted since this was our first time here.
+Stars: Andrea came and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal.
The food was absolutely amazing in taste and size portions.
Lobby/Tables/Bathrooms: Clean and kept up.
Keep up the wonderful work guys thank you for such an amazing experience. -

Food here is good I'll give them that. But there is a younger Asian lady that is so rude and snotty. When you order and say anything that's not directly on the menu ( for example extra meat etc ) she looks at you like she has no idea what you're talking about & makes it super awkward & uncomfortable. She even turned around and made a loud sigh after I ordered super rude and I won't be back because of her.

Used to be my favorite pho spot. The last 3 times I had pho here, were pretty disappointed in the broth. Ingredients quality are still the same, but the broth is so bland now that I gotta add salt to taste something. I've asked the cashier if they change the chef, the answer is no. Not sure what went wrong. What a shame :(

This family run pho shop in Kent is legit. Best pho in Seattle. Not kidding. Hot and fresh. Clean sauce bottles. Friendly service. I love their broth so much. Ask for extra veggies which includes broccoli, carrots and bok choy. Check hours as they cater more to the lunch crowd. Go before noon to grab a seat during lunch rush. #5 well done flank is my fave...

I appreciate the place, though I have been to so many vietnamese restaurants in the bay area previously, and I would compare the place as fine or among the norm. Pricing is fair with $9 for a small pho and up to $14 for like Com Tam (Meat with Rice).
I got the #6 Nam + Bo Vien and it was good. The meat was chewy and a little thin, I like the noodle type (more rectangle), and the bo vien was well fine. I wouldn't say the pho for me is the best, far from it, but I would say the pho for you could be great.
